This morning when I opened my email inbox, I received this photo from a friend who was visiting Harlem over the weekend. This photo instantly reminded me that real estate is suppose to be fun!

In today’s market, the housing crisis, short sales and foreclosures have the potential to put a real damper on your spirit. Having dealt with these short sales over the past year or more, I can understand why buyers and sellers get so frustrated.
